Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

At this time, we ship within Australia only but we’re working on expanding worldwide soon!

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

Most products can be gently hand-washed or machine-washed on a delicate cycle using mild detergent. Always air dry to preserve softness and shape.
