Returns and Refunds
We gladly accept returns for damaged or faulty items within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Please contact us at jassy_briggs@icloud.com

Shipping information
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee across Australia. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
